摘要
将系统动力学方法引入服装供应链,比较传统服装供应链与产品到顾客模式下服装供应链的异同.构建产品到顾客模式下服装供应链的系统动力学流图,并运用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真分析.得出产品到顾客服装供应链在市场需求波动时,各节点库存波动更小、反应速度更快和运行更稳定.
System dynamics is appliced to the apparel supply chain in this article,and the differences from traditional apparel supply chain to the apparel supply chain under production to customer are given.The dynamics models of traditional apparel supply chain and the apparel supply chain under production to customer are estabished at the same time,and using the software of Vensim PLE to simulate and analyze the two kinds of apparel supply chains.Eventually,it comes to a conclusion that the apparel supply chain under production to customer is more stable,the response of market is faster and the fluctuation of each node is smaller when the market demand changes.
