摘要
高职机械类专业培养的是面向制造业的高等技术应用型专门人才,其人才培养应以职业能力为核心。通过在SMC(中国)有限公司半年的实习,对工业现场的岗位类型、岗位要求、工作内容、工作对象等进行系统的分析和总结,对学生应该具备哪些能力、学校教育中应该采用何种形式对学生进行专业能力的培养这2个关键问题进行解答,期望能够实现学校与企业间的"无缝对接"。
In higher vocational colleges,mechanics major aims to cultivate professional application-oriented high-tech talents in the manufacturing industry, the talent training of which shall take vocational ability as the core. Through half a year＇s internship I SMC（China） Co.,Ltd.,the author has conducted systematic analysis and summarization on the position types,position requirements,work content and work objects of the industry site. In addition,two critical issues have been answered,that is, which competence students shall be equipped of and which form it shall take by school education for students＇ specialized ability training. As a result,it is expected to realize the＂seamless connection＂between colleges and enterprises.
