复方沙棘籽油栓治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒宫颈感染109例 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察复方沙棘籽油栓治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)宫颈感染的效果。方法选取2012年5月至2013年12月收治的高危型HPV宫颈感染患者211例,随机分为治疗组109例和对照组102例。治疗组患者睡前外阴清洗后阴道给药复方沙棘籽油栓,每次1粒,经期停用,疗程3个月;对照组患者不使用任何药物治疗,仅用清水清洗外阴。每6个月复查HPV和液基薄层细胞检测(TCT),均禁性生活,禁用抗菌药物及其他阴道内用药物。另将治疗组患者根据HPV载量分为高、中、低载量组,3个月后检测HPV,评价患者疗效。结果 3个月后,两组疗效构成差异显著(Z=2.982,P=0.003),治疗组转阴率(50.46%)与总有效率(80.73%)均显著高于对照组的33.33%和63.73%(χ2=6.336,P=0.012;χ2=7.647,P=0.006)。治疗组不同HPV载量组临床疗效构成未见显著性差异(χ2=5.739,P=0.057),伴随HPV载量的逐渐降低,转阴率呈上升趋势,但不同病毒载量的3组转阴率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.020,P=0.364),总有效率差异显著,伴随HPV载量的升高,总有效率呈明显下降趋势(χ2=12.994,P=0.002)。结论复方沙棘籽油栓对高危型宫颈HPV感染的干预效果显著,但其疗效随着病毒载量的升高而下降。
