摘要
目的探讨实施品管圈活动对于促进脑卒中患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法选取2013年1—4月收治于复旦大学附属金山医院神经内科的患者50例为对照组;于2013年6月成立品管圈小组,通过开展品管圈活动,分析脑卒中患者肢体功能康复训练中存在的问题并制订对策,包括提高护士对相关相知的认知、进一步规范康复护理的时间及内容等措施,选取2013年7—12月收治的患者50例为观察组;比较开展品管圈活动前后两组患者肢体功能康复情况、康复锻炼依从性、患者及医师对护理效果的满意度。结果开展品管圈活动后,两组患者肢体运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function,FMA)入院2周后较入院时均有改善,而观察组改善更为显著(P均<0.05);且通过开展品管圈活动,患者坚持康复锻炼的例数和时间均较之前明显提高(P均<0.01);患者及医师对护理效果的满意度亦明显提高(P均<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可有效促进脑卒中患者肢体功能的康复,提高康复锻炼依从性和护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of quality control circle( QCC) on promotion of rehabilitation of limb dysfunction after stroke. Methods In our hospital,50 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke treated from January to April 2013 were set as controls( before the QCC activity). And 50 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke treated from July to December 2013 were enrolled in the observation group( after the QCC activity). The QCC activity as the theme of "promotion of rehabilitation of limb dysfunction after stroke"was conducted from July to December 2013. The problems existed in the rehabilitation of limb dysfunction were analyzed and strategies were formulated. The rehabilitation of limb function, patients ' compliance with rehabilitation exercises,and patients' and physicians' satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results After the QCC activity,the scores of Fugl- Meyer assessment of motor function( FMA)were significantly improved 2 weeks after hospitalization,especially in the observation group( P 0. 05). The number of patients who insisted on rehabilitation exercises was increased and the exercise time was prolonged( P 0. 01). The patients and physicians were more satisfied with nursing care( P 0. 05). Conclusion The QCC activity can effectively promote physical function after stroke,and improve the patients' compliance with rehabilitation exercises and patients' and physicians' satisfaction with nursing care.
