According to a GSP regulation published by European Commission, China was no longer among the beneficiary from January 1st, 2015, and then, Chinese exports to the EU increased significantly in tariffs. It is reported that China GSP certificate of origin （Generalized System of Preferences Certificate of Origin） and CO （preference certificate of origin） can reduce average tariff of about 6%.
