摘要
高职教育是培养生产、建设、管理和服务等一线高端技能人才的高等教育类型。根据高职教育的特殊性,高职院校可从校园文化、师资队伍、考核机制、教学改革等四方面入手,积极完善高职院校创新创业人才"四位一体"培养模式。
The higher vocational colleges are to train the management,technical,productive and service talent. According to the particularity of the higher vocational education,the colleges should actively improve the ＂ Four in One＂ model of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the four aspects of campus culture,teachers,evaluation mechanism and teaching reform.
