高职辅导员角色定位的创新思考

Creative Thinking on the Orientation of Higher Vocational Counselor's Role

正确认识和科学界定高职辅导员的角色不仅是提高高职院校辅导员工作内涵的需要,而且对于增强大学生思想政治工作的实效性具有重要的现实意义。在当前有关高校辅导员角色研究文献述评的基础上,深入分析了现实工作中高职辅导员角色定位的现状,分别从四个方面提出了高职辅导员角色定位的对策建议,以期为高校辅导员角色定位与角色实践提供参考借鉴。

The correct understanding and scientific definition of the role of instructors not only improve the need of the connotation of counselors work in higher vocational colleges,but also have important practical significance for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work of college students. Based on the current related research literature review on the role of college counselors,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for counselors orientation in role from four aspects,thorough analysis of the current situation of role orientation of higher vocational counselor in real work,so as to provide reference for college counselors＇ role orientation and practice.
