辽阳市民营经济发展道路探析

Analysis of Private Economy Development in Liaoyang City

近年来,民营经济成分作为国民经济的重要组成部分发展迅速,作为沈阳经济区中心节点城市辽阳的民营经济规模和质量均有大幅度的提升,对本地区经济社会发展做出了重要贡献。课题组在进行专题调研过程中发现,辽阳市民营经济在其发展过程中存在着总体实力较弱、整体规模较小、产业发展失衡和法人治理结构不规范等问题,这表明辽阳市民营经济后续发展中亟待解决的问题较多,提升的空间也很大。本课题组结合辽阳市民营经济发展的实际情况,对其未来持续健康发展有针对性地提出对策建议。

In recent years,private economy as an important part of the national economy is developing rapidly,as the node city Liaoyang of Shenyang economic zone center the private economy of scale and quality have greatly ascend,made important contribution to the economic and social development in the region. The group found in the process of project investigation that Liaoyang private economy in the process of developing in its overall strength is weak,the smaller,the industrial development imbalances and the problems such as nonstandard corporate governance,this suggests that Liaoyang subsequent problems to be solved in the development of private economy,has a very big room for improvement. This research in combination with the practical situation of Liaoyang in the development of private economy,sustained and healthy development for its future targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
