The Teachers' Professional Development Problems in the Basic Education Stage under the Background of New Curriculum in Ethnic Minority Areas and Countermeasures

摘要 20世纪80年代以后,在全世界范围内的教育改革中,人们越来越意识到教育改革的关键在教师,只有教师专业水平的提高才能真正提高教育质量。联合国教科文组织在《关于教师地位的建议》中指出:应当把教师职业作为专门职业来看待。教育部在《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》也将我国教师教育从单纯的学历达标转向教师内在专业素质的提高。由此看见,教师专业化目标的重心开始转到教师的专业发展上,人们越来越认识到,提高教师专业第五的途径是不断改善教师的专业教育,以此促进教师的专业发展。 Since the 1980 s,in the worldwide educational reform,people have realized that the key to the education reform lies in teachers,and only the improvement of teachers' professional level can really improve the quality of education. The UNESCO points out that the teacher should be viewed as a profession in the suggestions for teachers ' status. The Ministry of Education shifts the focus from the pure teachers' academic standards tothe improvement of teachers' inner professional quality in the file "the education facing the 21 st century revitalization action plan ". Seen from this,the center of teachers' professionalization began to turn to the teachers' professional development,more and more people aware that improving teachers' professional status is the way to improve teachers' professional education,promote the teachers' professional development.
