《京华烟云》中文化元素的回译

Back-Translation of Cultural Element in Moment in Peking

回译是通过拟译文本与目的语文本间内在的语言和文化联系,把拟译文本中源自目的语的语言文化素材重新译回源语的翻译活动。本文以林语堂的长篇小说《京华烟云》为研究对象,选取文中涉及到的中国传统文化元素,通过分析译文中对于这些元素的再现或删减,旨在提高该类特殊文本中文化元素的正确还原。

Back-Translation is an activity of retranslating the cultural elements in the target text into the original language,through the internal language and culture relation between the source text and the target text. This paper chooses the relevant traditional Chinese cultural elements in Lin Yutang＇s long novel Moment in Peking as the object of study. In order to improve the correct reduction of the particular cultural elements,the author gives an analysis of the reappearance and deletion of the cultural elments in Moment in Peking.
