温再生改性沥青混合料压实温度的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了能简单有效的确定温再生改性沥青混合料的压实温度,根据Superpave体积指标设计思想,提出采用试件的体积指标控制温再生混合料的拌和、压实温度。在最佳沥青用量的基础上,测定不同拌和、压实温度下试件的体积指标,根据设计空隙率确定压实温度,并进行温拌再生改性沥青混合料路用性能试验,结果表明掺加40%RAP温拌改性沥青混合料的设计空隙率为4%时,拌和温度可降低至155℃,压实成型温度可降低至140℃,在此拌和、压实温度条件下,温再生混合料的路用性能满足要求。 In order to simply and effectively determine the compaction temperature of warm recycled modified asphalt mixture,according to the design idea of Superpave,proposed volume indicators are used to control the mixing and compaction temperature of warm recycled mixture. On the basis of the optimum asphalt content,the volume indicators of specimens are tested under different mixing,compaction temperature,according to design VV determines compaction temperature,and then the performances of warm recycled asphalt mixture are tested,the results show that the mixing temperature can reduce to 155℃,compaction temperature can reduce to 140 ℃ when RAP content is 40% and VV designed to be 4%,and under this mixing and compaction temperature,the performances of warm recycled asphalt mixture can meet the requirements.
