摘要
对电梯导轨直线度检测流水线的自动控制进行了研究,在分析某电梯导轨生产商对现场控制需求的基础上,设计了一种电梯导轨直线度检测的组合机床控制系统;首先,分析现场的工作原理和控制方式,确定系统功能需求;其次,对系统的硬件进行选型;然后,对系统进行软件设计,采用限幅平均滤波法和两端点连线法设计检测系统;最后,进行仿真和现场的实际调试,验证了所设计系统的可行性和可靠性,提高了生产效率和经济效益。
Studying on the automatic control of detecting the elevator guide raiP s straightness, and based on the control requirement of elevator guide raiP s manufacturer, a kind of combined machine tool control system was designed to detect elevator guide raiP s straight- ness. Firstly, the mechanism and control mode were analyzed to determine the functional requirement of the system. Secondly, the selection of hardware was insured. Then, the software of system was designed, and limit--average filter was used to design detection system. Finally, the whole system was simulated and tested in the factory. The result shows the control system is feasible and reliable, the efficiency of production and profit of the factory were improved.
