摘要
为满足直驱力矩电机低速大转矩、软机械特性等特点对测试系统的要求,借助NI LabVIEW开发环境设计部署了一套基于虚拟仪器的直驱力矩电机机械特性测试系统;系统可实现对直驱力矩电机恒功率区和恒转矩区的转矩、转速、电压和电流等数据的多通道同步采集和输出功率、效率等数据的实时处理、显示和存储等功能,同时具有可靠、稳定、抗干扰能力强的硬件结构和简洁、友好、高效的软件交互界面;测试试验结果表明,系统能精确、高效、便捷地完成直驱力矩电机的机械特性测试。
Design and deploy a mechanical characteristics test system for direct--drive torque motors based on Virtual Instrument with NI LabVIEW IDE, in order to satisfy the improving testing needs of direct--drive torque motors due to torque motors' low--speed & high-- torque and soft mechanical characteristic. System can achieve multichannel synchronal data acquisition of torque, rotation speed, voltage and current in direct--drive torq(ie motors' constant torque area and constant power area. And it has real--time processing, displaying and storing abilities with output power, efficiency and above-mentioned data. The system also has reliable, stable and high anti--interference hardware structure, succinct, user--friendly and efficient software user interface. The results of validation test show that the system can conduct the direct--drive torque motors' mechanical characteristics test at a precise, high--efficient and convenient level.
