摘要
针对目前已有的基于RFID的身份识别系统往往只侧重系统设计而没有对软件进行智能优化,设计了一种基于LSSVM和RFID的智能门禁身份认证系统;首先,设计了系统总体框架并描述了身份认证原理;然后,对系统的RFID子系统,微处理器和接口均进行了详细设计和描述,采用多层RBM组成的深度神经网络对人脸进行自动特征提取,通过比较差异算法训练深度神经网络,最后,根据RFID标签和提出的人脸特征,采用多个LSSVM进行人脸识别,并将投票结果作为最终识别结果;通过部署实验进行测试,结果证明文中设计的系统能实时有效地对智能门禁进行身份认证,具有识别率高和识别效率高的优点。
Aiming at the existing identity recognition systems based on RFID designing the system only from the viewpoint of system and not considering the intelligent optimizing for software, an intelligent access identification system based on LSSVM and RFID is proposed. Firstly, the main framework of the system is designed and the identity recognition principle is described. Then, the RFID sub system, micro- processor and the interface are designed in detail and described. The deep neural network composed of multiple RBM is used to extract the feature from the face figure, and the compare difference algorithm is used to train the deep neural network. Finally, according to the RFID la- bel and extracted facial feature, the various LSSVM are used to recognize the face and the final recognition result is obtained by using voting. Via the deployed experiment to verify the system proposed in this paper, the result shows our system can accomplish the intelligent access identification with higher recognition rate and efficiency.
