坦索罗辛对肾结石体外冲击波碎石术后疗效的Meta分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的:评估坦索罗辛对肾结石体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)术后辅助排石的有效性及安全性。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、CBM、中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库,收集相关中英文随机对照试验,纳入符合的研究并评价其方法学质量。使用统计学软件Rev Man 5.1进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11个符合标准的随机对照试验(1 357例患者)。Meta分析结果表明:坦索罗辛联合ESWL较单用ESWL有更高的结石清除率(RR:1.26;95%CI:1.18~1.33);与对照组相比,坦索罗辛能明显缩短结石清除时间(SMD:-0.98,95%CI:-1.43^-0.53)。坦索罗辛能减少肾结石ESWL术后肾绞痛和石街的发生,虽然坦索罗辛组患者出现少量的药物不良反应副作用,但是可以被患者耐受。结论:坦索罗辛可作为肾结石ESWL术后一个安全有效的药物辅助治疗手段,但同时期待今后能有大样本、多中心和高质量双盲的随机对照研究验证。
