蓬乱蛋白在中枢神经系统疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 蓬乱蛋白(dishevelled, DVL)作为Wnt通路的调节蛋白,参与细胞内信号转导和对其下游靶因子的转录过程,在细胞增殖、肿瘤形成、胚胎发育和神经分化等方面起重要作用[1-2]。现已发现DVL在人类多种中枢神经系统的疾病表达水平增高、活性增强,提示DVL的表达异常参与了各种中枢神经系统疾病,如脑血管疾病、神经系统变性疾病的发生与进展。本文就DVL在中枢神经疾病中发挥的作用综述如下。
