Effectiveness Research on Ideological Education Guidance in Entrepreneurship and Employment for Students of Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生创业就业中的思想教育引导是社会主义市场经济环境下的必然要求,也是促进高职学生创业就业工作的客观需要。本文从高职院校学生的就业特点和思想特点着手,从社会、学校、家庭、学生等多个维度分析了就业思想状况不理想的原因,探讨了思想教育引导在高职院校学生创业就业过程中的实效性。

Ideological education guidance in entrepreneurship and employment for students of vocational colleges is a necessary requirement concerning the backdrop of socialist market economy. It is also an objective requirement to promote the entrepreneurship and employment work for students of vocational colleges. This paper started from the employment characteristics and ideological features of vocational college students,analyzed reasons for unsatisfactory ideological state of employment from multiple dimensions including society,school,family,and student,and also discussed the effectiveness of ideological education guidance in the course of entrepreneurship and employment for students of vocational colleges.
