深化校企合作,助力企业人才培养

Deepen the University- enterprise Cooperation,Help Enterprises Talent Training

校企合作是提升办学质量、为社会培养合格人才的一种重要途径。校企合作必须充分发挥高校和企业的各自优势,实现校企双方优势互补,资源共享的双赢局面。但在实际运行中,高校收益较大,表现得也更加积极;而企业仅仅获得新的劳动力,所以表现的相对被动。本文通过我校与企业建立人力资源开发战略合作关系,协助企业进行人力资源开发及培训体系建设,为企业人才培养提供有力支撑,使校企双方深度融合在一起,最大限度地实现校企双方共赢。

University- enterprise Cooperation is an important way to improve education quality and cultivating qualified talents for the society. University- enterprise cooperation must give full play to their respective advantages of universities and enterprise,the two sides have complementary advantages,resource sharing a win- win situation. But in actual operation,the university gains a lot,more positive performance; the enterprise just gets a new labor force,so the performance is relatively passive. The paper introduces the HR development strategic cooperative relations between our university and enterprise,help enterprises in HR development and training system,and provide strong support for talent training. The depth between the two sides together,in order to maximize the win- win between universities and enterprises.
