大学心理委员工作机制中的问题与对策研究

The Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Working Mechanism for College Psychological Members

心理委员制度的建立使我国高校的心理健康教育工作转入"预防——发现——治疗"的新阶段,成为大学生心理健康教育工作的一个新亮点。然而,作为一种新的尝试,心理委员工作在实践中也遇到了一些问题域挑战:心理委员的选拔工作不够规范,心理委员的培训工作不够科学,心理委员工作的成就感不强,心理委员工作的评价机制缺失。为此,完善高校心理委员工作,需要从选拔、培训、指导、激励等方面加以改进。

The establishment of psychological committee system has enabled the mental health education work into the new phase of ＂ prevention- discovery- treatment＂ in the higher vocational college in China. However,as a new attempt,there are some problems and challenges in the working practice for Psychological Members,Such as the selection of psychological members are not standardized,the psychological training is not scientific enough,the sense of accomplishment for psychological members is not strong enough,Lack of evaluation mechanism. Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the work of Psychological members from the aspects of psychological selection,training,guidance,motivation and so on in higher vocational colleges.
