摘要
当前乌鲁木齐市正处在新疆大发展的机遇期与非传统安全重叠作用的时期,面临着经济发展和维稳的双重任务。社区作为城市细胞,治理良好与否或积极或消极对整个城市机体的发展有着巨大的影响。乌鲁木齐市社区治理的行政主导模式有其基于本土特色存在的合理意义,政府主导型模式是当前乌鲁木齐市社区治理的有效选择。
Urumqi has a great chance about social development and economic bloom in this term. As the basic cell in city,community governance will have a much great impact on social security. It also will give us a stabilized situation in economic field. The governance mode in Urumqi community governance was led by the government. This manner keep a foothold in local management style. That is the best choice for effective community governance in Urumqi in this period.
