高职初等教育(英语方向)专业学生是未来的小学英语教师,而一名合格的小学英语教师不仅要具有较系统的英语知识,更要具有扎实全面的教师职业技能。文章通过小学英语教师职业技能的基本内容及目标要求的阐述,分析了目前高职院校在对该职业技能培养训练上的不足,进而探讨了高职英语师范生教师职业技能的培养策略。

Students with English elementary education major are primary English teachers in future. A qualified English teacher of primary schools should not only have a systematic knowledge of English,but also have solid and complete vocational skills of English teacher. By introducing the basic contents and targeted requirements of professional skills for the English teachers in the primary schools,this passage analyzes the lack of cultivation and training on this professional skills to further discuss the cultivating strategies of teacher professional skills for English Normal Students in higher Vocational colleges.
