阿尔兹海默症患者的名词动词表达特点及第一语言习得解释

Nouns and Verbs Expression in Alzheimer's Patients and Its Explanation from First Language Acquisition

对阿尔兹海默症患者研究发现,患者的言语表达中名词、动词和代词的使用比例比健康被试多。在图片命名、自发言语的研究中发现,有的患者的名词保留得比动词更好,有的发现患者的动词比名词保存得更好。患者的这些表现都说明,语言学习之初的记忆痕迹在患者患病后因受损程度不同,因而表现不同。

Based on Alzheimer＇s research,patients tended to use more nouns,verbs and pronouns than healthy subjects did. In the study of picture naming test and spontaneous speech production,some patients had greater difficulty with verbs than with nouns,while others had difficulty with nouns instead of verbs. The previous study demonstrated that memory trace left by first language learning was impaired differently with different level of the disease.
