摘要
深水定位锚机作为定位系泊系统的关键设备,在平台定位作业时起到极其重要的作用。本文通过介绍Φ84(R5)三链轮深水定位电动锚机的主要组成,着重对锚机本体装置结构、抛锚速度控制等一系列关键技术研究,并通过制造和试验,突破深水定位锚机的主要关键技术,为实现该设备的国产化积累了一些经验。
As the key equipment of the positioning mooring system, the deepwater positioning windlass has an important role in station-keeping for rig’s working. The main composing ofΦ84(R5) ternate-wildcats deepwater positioning windlass is introduced in the paper, which focuses on some key technical researches such as the structure of cable lifter device and the velocity control during payout. The key technologies of deepwater positioning windlass have been broken through by manufacture and test, and some experiences have been obtained for achieving domestic manufacture.
