摘要
针对海水环境中0Cr16Ni5Mo材料调距桨连接螺栓在使用多年后出现的氢脆断裂,对不同热处理状态下的该材料进行了充氢慢拉伸试验、析氢量测试、氢渗透率测试等试验研究,并与进口螺栓实物取样材料进行了对比试验,发现热处理制度对抗氢脆性能影响很大,国产试样抗氢脆能力小于国外试样B,经过淬火500℃回火、550℃回火后的试样抗氢脆能力较好。
Hydrogen embrittlement fracture occurred to the joint bolt of 0Cr16Ni5Mo for controllable pitch propeller after it is used in sea water for several years. Experimental researches of this material in different heat treatment states are executed, including the slow straining test with hydrogen, volume measure of evolved hydrogen and penetrating rate test of hydrogen. Compared with the material from the imported sample of bolts, the heat treatment state takes an important part on the capability of resistance to hydrogen embrittlement. As to the capability of resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, the homemade sample is less than the imported sample. After the process of quench hardening and temper of 500 ,℃temper of 550℃, the capability of resistance to hydrogen embrittlement of the two samples is preferable.
