基于《旅游法》精神的高校旅游专业学生兼职导游行为规范探讨

新《旅游法》的颁布,使我国旅游行业面临新的挑战,导游生存面临新的机遇。高校学生兼职导游是整个导游行业不可或缺的部分,他们在导游行业中起了重要作用。新法的出台必然会对学生兼职导游带来影响。新法对导游权利有了重新界定,规定旅行社与导游签订合同,导游有了固定收入,导游严格按照导游行程安排,旅行社不得向导游收取任何费用。新法对导游权利的界定与传统兼职导游行为存在冲突。通过旅游法精神与传统兼职导游行为进行分析,在尊重旅游法的基础上,旅行社应建立保障大学生安全机制、建立健全的绩效考核制度、加强对学生的关怀、完善企业内部培训制度,加强对学生兼职导游的管理。

Through the analysis of tourism law spirit and traditional part-time tour guide behavior, in respect of tourism law, the travel agency should establish security mechanism, establish and perfect the performance appraisal system of college students,strengthen their concern for the students, improve the enterprise internal training system, to strengthen students＇ part-time tour guide management.
