快速成型技术和常规方法在口腔修复中的效果对比研究

Comparative Study on Effect of Rapid Prototyping Technology and Conventional Methods in Prosthodontics

目的探讨快速成型技术在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法对来我院诊治的80例患者资料进行分析,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规方法修复,实验组采用快速成型技术修复,比较两组修复效果。结果实验组95%修复效果理想,高于对照组(75%)(P<0.05);实验组95%对我院修复疗效比较满意,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔疾病患者采用快速成型技术进行修复效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of application of rapid prototyping technology in prosthodontics.Methods 80 cases of patient data in our hospital were analyzed,they were randomly divided into two groups. Conventional methods of repair were used in the control group,rapid prototyping technology were used in the experimental group,the repair effect of the two groups were compared. Results 95% of the experimental group got ideal repair effect,higher than that of the control group（ 75%）（ P〈0. 05）; 95% of the experiment group were satisfied with repairing effect,higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Patients with oral diseases by using rapid prototyping technology to repair get the ideal effect,is worthy to be popularized.
