摘要 目的了解培训轮转及儿科专科医师考核成绩基本情况,分析轮转与成绩间的关系,为解决培训工作进行的多轮专家咨询提供数据支持,为建立儿内科各亚专业的培训方案打下基础。方法对北京市全部参加第二阶段儿科专科医师考试的儿科医师进行问卷调查。结果儿科专科医师培训的培训地点、时间、轮转科目等不统一,不规范的轮转影响考核成绩,客观成绩反映实际医师水平参差不齐。结论儿科专科医师培训应在政府干预下,以专业人士为龙头建立各亚专业的培训方案及考核方案,更多考虑儿科医生的终身教育和职业发展。 Objective To understand the practice situation and results of pediatric specialist examination, to analyse the relationship between the rotation and results, to provide data support for multiple rounds of expert consultation and to lay the foundation for the establishment of training scheme on each sub-professional of pediatrics. Methods Investigate pediatricians who participate in Beijing pediatric specialist examination. The obtained data were statistically analysed. Results The pediatric specialist training place, time and rotation are not unified. Non-standard rotary impact assessment results and reflect the actual uneven physician level. Conclusion Under the government intervention, the pediatric specialist training should use professionals as the leading to establish training scheme and assessment scheme of each sub-professional. Pediatricians life-long education and occupation development should be more considered.
