摘要
目的探讨胸心外科临床实习教学的思路和方法创新。方法总结了胸心外科临床实习教学的经验,创新了教学思路,并选择于我科进行实习轮转的66例医学生作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,分别接受创新思路教学和常规教学,比较两组考核效果。结果观察组学生考核总成绩为(179.6±7.74)分,对照组学生为(155.1±5.9)分,观察组学生平均成绩显著高于对照组,组间差异显著P<0.05。结论创新思路教学可提升胸心外科临床实习教学效果。
Objective To explore the ideas and methods of innovation in the teaching of clinical cardiothoracic surgery practice. Methods The hospital summary of clinical teaching of cardiothoracic surgery internship experience, innovative teaching ideas, and choose the internship rotation in our department received 126 cases of medical students as the object of study in our department, divided into observation group and control group, respectively received conventional teaching and creative thinking teaching, assessment of efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group of students examination for a total score of( 179.6±7.74), the control group students( 155.1±5.9), the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group students' average scores, significant difference between the P0.05 group. Conclusion the way of innovation in teaching of cardiothoracic surgery can improve the clinical practice teaching effect, it is worth to promote the use of.
