关节镜下前交叉韧带的重建研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 目的是关节镜下前交叉韧带的重建研究进展。前交叉韧带(ACL)是膝关节重要的稳定的结构,在当前外伤多发的情况下,前交叉韧带的损伤比较常见,治疗要求较高。只有合适的治疗,才能达到良好疗效。临床上对单、双束重建,移植物的选择做了相关的比较。结合国内外相关文献,就前交叉韧带重建方式,移植物的选择以及术后并发症作一阐述。
