白内障超声乳化治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障临床效果观察

Treatment of Cataract Ultrasonic Emulsification Cataract With Uveitis Clinical Effect Observation

目的观察白内障超声乳化治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2011年1月-2014年1月收治的50例（50眼）葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者,均给予白内障超声乳化手术治疗,观察术后效果及并发症发生情况。结果术后3个月,50眼中有49眼视力均较术前得以提高,裸眼视力≥0.5者有39眼,0.3-0.5者有6眼,0.1-0.3者3眼,〈0.1者1眼。结论白内障超声乳化治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障疗效确切,操作简单,视力恢复好,并发症少。

Objective To observe the cataract ultrasonic emulsification treatment of uveitis complicated cataract clinical effect. Methods Select the author＇s hospital between January 2011 and January 2014, 50 cases（ 50 eyes） of cataract with uveitis patients, were performed cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation treatment, to observe the postoperative effect and complications. Results 3 months postoperatively, 50 eyes of 49 eyes are to improve the preoperative visual acuity, 39 eyes open hole visual acuity ≥0.5, 0.3-0.5 have 6 eyes, 3 eyes 0.1-0.3, 0.1 have 1 eye. Conclusion Treatment of cataract ultrasonic emulsification cataract with uveitis has curative effect, simple operation, good visual acuity and fewer complications.
