灵台矿区安家庄井田煤炭资源开采技术条件分析 被引量:7

摘要 以甘肃省灵台矿区安家庄井田为例分析了煤炭开采技术条件,给出了开采建议和注意事项,分析结果表明,安家庄井田煤炭开采技术条件属复杂类型,在安家庄井田未来建设中,井巷设计可定为稳定性差的Ⅳ~Ⅴ类围岩;主采煤层煤8-2顶板岩性以泥岩、砂质泥岩及炭质泥岩为主,顶板大部属极不稳定~不稳定型;该区煤层埋深大,地应力高,煤(岩)层具有强冲击倾向性,开采过程中发生冲击地压的可能性大;瓦斯防治按高瓦斯矿井设计要求进行设计;煤尘具有燃烧性和爆炸性;井田大部分地段为二级高温区(〉37℃);部分区段煤层底板有含油显示。该研究对于未来灵台矿区煤炭资源的开采具有指导意义。 The mining technology condition of Anjiazhuang Field in Lingtai mining area was analyzed,suggestions and precautions were proposed. The result shows that,the mining technology condition is complex type,and the rock had poor stability( IV ~ V). The main coal seam roof( No. 8- 2) consists of mudstone,sandy mudstone and carbon mudstone.The main rock type in the seam roof is between unstable and extremely unstable. The coal in this area occurs deep in the ground,where the rock is subject to high stress and is likely to outburst,indicating high risk of explosion during mining.The mine should be designed following the appropriate regulations for high gas mines. Coal dust is combustible and explosive. The majority of the mining field belongs to the level two high- temperature zone with an average temperature above 37℃. In certain areas,petrol is shown to be in the seam floor of the coal layer.
