摘要 矿井副井内各种装备的性能与质量,对保证矿井人员的生命安全至关重要。以峰峰矿区南部黄沙矿为例介绍了在满足其装备性能和工程质量的前提下,对新建副井中部分井筒装备如:罐道、罐道托架、窄罐笼罐道托架、井筒内的管路布置等进行了改进设计,另外还介绍了井筒的防腐设计。通过以上改进设计可实现井筒装备的结构优化与合理布置,提高施工人员的工作效率。 The performance and quality of equipment in auxiliary shaft is significant to ensure the safety of mine workers.Based on the conditions of Huangsha Mine in the south of Fengfeng mining area, optimization design was done for equipment of the auxiliary shaft,such as tank,tank bracket,narrow cage tank bracket,wellbore pipe layout,and the anticorrosion design of shaft was introduced. With the optimized shaft structure and reasonable arrangement equipment,the working efficiency of construction personnel was improved.
