摘要
针对大柳塔煤矿52303大采高综采工作面回采期间出现的工作面压架、冒顶等现象,采用矿压规律理论分析、现场冒顶范围观测等方法,分析了工作面压架、冒顶事故的原因,探索了工作面压力显现强烈的机理,采取在机尾底座前方、侧方斜向下施工炮眼放小炮的方法处理工作面压架,采用工作面煤壁正帮注射马丽散、冒顶区充填洛克休等方案处理冒顶,并取得了良好的效果,为矿井安全高效生产提供了技术保障。
Aiming at the roof caving and support crushing accident in the mining of 52303 work face,using theoretical analysis and observation of roof caving range,the paper studied the causes for these accidents and the strong mine pressure behavior of the working face. The treatment scheme was introduced,setting shot holes in the front and side of machine tail foundation to treat support crushing,grouting Marithan into working face coal wall and filling Rocsil foam in roof caving zone to treat roof caving. Favorable result was achieved,providing technical support for safe and efficient production of coal mine.
