静态膨胀生裂增透突出煤层机理及防突应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对我国低透气性突出煤层瓦斯抽放难题,提出了静态膨胀生裂技术增加突出煤层透气性系数方法。根据静态膨胀剂膨胀生裂机理,即被膨胀岩体将经历裂隙萌生、裂隙传播和裂隙扩展贯通三个过程,通过测试膨胀力得出:煤矿井下作业条件下,不同类型静态膨胀剂均能产生高达30~50MPa的膨胀力,其产生的压应力和拉应力足以裂开突出煤层及其顶底板岩体。根据对龙家山煤矿K6煤层及顶底板岩体的实验研究,论证了静态膨胀剂均能膨胀裂开煤、灰岩等矿山岩体。通过膨胀裂开突出煤层及其顶底板岩体,静态膨胀生裂技术可以显著提高石门揭煤工作面等作业地点煤层的透气性系数而防治突出。 Aiming at gas drainage problems in low permeability coal seams, the method of the static expanding and cracking technology was proposed to increase the permeability coefficient of outburst coal seam. According to the static expansion cracking mechanism,the expanded rock will experience three processes of crack initiation,crack dissemination and crack cutting- through. According to the test of expansion force,under the mine working conditions,the expansion force of the different static expand agent reached up to 30 ~ 50 MPa,producing enough compressive stress and tensile stress to split the outburst coal seam and rock mass in the roof and floor. The experimental results of K6 coal seam and the roof and floor in Longjiashan mine showed that,the static expansion agent could crack rocks such as coal and limestone. With static expansion cracking of the outburst coal seam and rock mass of its roof and floor, the coal seam permeability coefficient was significantly improved,at working site such as rock cross- cut coal uncovering.
