摘要
针对现有调节风窗的手动风量调节过程存在不能实现对巷道风量实时检测和调节、风量调节精度不高以及工程量大的缺陷,基于微变自动调风技术研究了井下风窗风量自动调节控制装置,并在介绍了装置的组成以及工作原理的基础上,对其低震荡高精度微变实时自动调风技术进行分析,研究表明:该装置的风量调节过程实现完全无需人工干预,通过对巷道风量的实时自动检测与调节,可以保证与其关联通路上的风量;风量调节过程还可以实现微变调节,使得调风过程具有风量震荡幅值小、调节精度高的优点。
Aiming at the low accuracy and huge project of the manual air volume regulation in non- real time detection and adjustment,automatic adjusting and controlling device was proposed based on automatic air volume micro- adjustment.The component and working principle of the device was introduced, and the characteristics of micro adjustment were analyzed and its' regulating function was tested. The result shows that, the air volume adjustment is realized without human intervention,the air volume of the related access is ensured and micro- adjustment is achieved by the real- time automatic testing with the advantages of low air volume turbulence and high adjustment accuracy.
