截割头截割不同硬度岩石分层面过程载荷仿真 被引量:4

Load Simulation of Longitudinal Roadheader Cutting Head Under Swing Cutting in Stratification Plane of Rocks with Different Hardness

摘要 为研究纵轴式掘进机截割头在同时截割两种不同硬度岩石时载荷的特点,对其过程进行数学描述,以EBZ160掘进机截割头为例,采用仿真的方法对其载荷进行研究。结果表明:当从单向抗压强度为σc=20MPa的岩石截割进入σc=50MPa的岩石时,截割头转动一周的载荷波动规律不变,都是由较大周期的波动和周期内的小波动组成,但载荷波动性较只截割σc=50MPa的岩石时明显增大,且当分层面夹角αLC=90°时,载荷波动增大最明显,除对升力Rb的载荷波动性系数影响较小外,摆动推进力Ra、轴向力Rc和转矩Mc的载荷波动性系数分别是截割同一种岩石时的3.2倍、8.9倍和6.2倍。 In order to study the load characteristics of longitudinal roadheader cutting head under swing cutting in stratification plane of rocks with different hardness,the process was described with mathematical methods. Taking EBZ160 cutting head as an example,the load on cutting head was studied by simulation. The simulation results show that,the load fluctuation law of cutting head rotation doesn't change as the cutting head rotates one circle,including the larger cycle fluctuations and small cycle fluctuations. Relatively separate cutting uniaxial compressive strength( UCS) of 50 MPa rock,load fluctuation coefficient increases obviously when cutting head cut in stratification plane of UCS of 20 MPa rock and UCS of 50 MPa rock. The most obvious increase of load fluctuation appears under angle of levels, and load fluctuation coefficient of becomes 3. 2 times,8. 9 times,6. 2 times of the same kind of rock cutting.
