浅析高职教育发展存在的问题及特色发展路径

A Brief Analysis of the Existing Problems in the Development of the Domestic Higher Vocational Education and the Development Path for it with its Own Characteristics

我国高职教育历经30多年发展,在办学规模、办学质量,特别是在技能型人才的培养、社会服务能力的提升等方面取得较大成绩。但存在的问题也不少,其封闭性办学思路以及体制机制的障碍等极大地影响了高职教育的进一步发展。新形势下,如何树立理念,打开思路办学;如何实现突破,走特色发展之路等问题均为当下高职教育亟待解决的难题。本文将直面问题,为高职教育的新发展和新突破提出意见建议。

Till now, the domestic higher vocational education has lasted mre than 30 years and has made great achievements in its scale, quality, especially its capability of cultivating the skilled talents and its social service ability. But still, there exsit some problems, such as the isolated schooling ideas and its system are now presented to be a great barrier to the further developpent of the higher vocational education. In the new situation, how to set up the new schooling idea and let it be open, how to realize a breakthrough and take a road with its own characreristics is a difficult problem that is urgently to be solved. This paper is just to analyse these problems and put forward some advice and suggestions for developing the domestic higher vocational education.
