介绍了企业并购财务风险的内涵和当前煤炭企业并购财务风险的特征,分析了我国煤炭企业并购财务风险的来源,并对加强煤炭企业并购财务风险控制提出相关对策。
The paper introduced a financial risk connotation of the enterprise merger and acquisition and the financial risk features of the present coal enterprise merger and acquisition. The paper analyzed the financial risk sources of China coal enterprise merger and acquisition. Related countermeasures were provided to enhance the financial risk control of the coal enterprise merger and acquisition.
