摘要
介绍415/45R22.5 20PR宽基无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径948mm,断面宽420mm,行驶面宽度352mm,行驶面弧度高14mm,胎圈着合宽度368mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.046,胎面采用2条纵向主花纹沟设计。施工设计:采用双复合胎面,1#,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用Φ1.65mm镀锡青铜高强度胎圈钢丝,采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能符合相关设计和标准要求,且接地印痕压力分布良好。
The design of 415/45R22.5 20 PR wide base tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 948 mm,crosssectional width 420 mm,width of running surface 352 mm,height of running surface 14 mm,bead width at rim seat 368 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.046,and design of 2 longitudinal main groove tread pattern.In the construction design,the tread was coextruded,3+8×0.33 HT steel cord was applied for 1#,2#,and 3#belt ply,3×4×0.22 HE steel cord was used for 4#belt ply,3+9+15×0.175+0.15 NT steel cord was used for carcass ply,and Φ1.65 mm tempered high strength tin coated wire was applied in the tire bead.The tire was built using single stage two-drum building machine and then cured in press mold.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of correlative design and standards,and the distribution of contact pressure was good.
