摘要
研究预处理短纤维在轿车轮胎三角胶中的应用。结果表明:以预处理尼龙短纤维部分替代炭黑N660用于三角胶中,胶料的门尼粘度和硫化速度下降,硫化胶的100%定伸应力和回弹值增大,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和60℃下的损耗因子(tanδ)减小,压缩疲劳温升降低;以预处理短纤维部分替代补强树脂用于三角胶中,硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和60℃下的tanδ减小,100%定伸应力增大,耐高温性能提高。
The application of pretreated short fiber in the bead filler of passenger car radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using pretreated short fiber to replace part of carbon black N660,the Mooney viscosity and curing speed of the compound decreased,the modulus at 100%elongation and resilience of the vulcanizates increased,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tanδ at 60℃ decreased,and the compression fatigue temperature rising was reduced.By using pretreated short fiber to replace part of reinforcing resin,the hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and tanδ at 60 ℃ of the vulcanizates decreased,the modulus at 100% elongation increased,and the high temperature resistance was improved.
