部门联合管理对影像设备保障的对比分析

Contrastive Analysis of the Effect of Independent Management Combined with Intervention Management on the Safeguard of Imaging Equipments

目的分析自主管理联合干预管理在医院医疗影像设备管理中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1月-2013年期间维修的170例次影像维修设备为研究对象,根据管理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各85例次,对照组实施科室自主管理,观察组实施科室自主管理联合设备科干预管理,比较设备维修成功率、设备维修效果、设备维修费用。结果观察组设备维修成功率、恢复使用率明显高于对照组;平均维修时间、更换主要部件、维修成本费用、维修成本费用占影像设备总资产费用比率明显低于对照组。结论自主管理联合干预管理能够有效降低设备维修成本,提高设备使用效率。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of independent management combined with intervention management on the management of hospital medical imaging equipments. Methods To choose 170 cases of imaging equipments maintenance maintained from January, 2012 to 2013 as the study object and to divide them into observation group and control group with 85 imaging equipments maintenances in each group. The control group was given independent management, while the observation group was given independent management combined with intervention management. Then to compare two groups＇ the success rate, effect and cost of equipment maintenance. Result The success rate and recovery rate of equipment maintenance in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group; average maintenance time, replacement of major components, the cost of maintenance and the ration of the cost of maintenance accounting for the total assets cost in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Independent management combined with intervention management can effectively reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and improve utilization rate of equipments.
