OPEN-3000 system is the main technical means for grid monitoring and dispatching personnel to monitor and control the grid. This paper analyzes the problem that monitoring personnel can not monitor the status of the power grid because of abnormal display of dispatching automation OPEN-3000 system. This paper also proposes specific solutions, which is not only accumulating experience to maintain the system betterly, but also improving the reliability of system operation.
