摘要 针对联合粉磨系统自动控制问题,提出一种基于模糊和bang-bang控制相结合的控制策略。分析其主要影响因素,选取关键变量,如出磨提升机电流等;采用bang-bang控制对出磨提升机电流的误差进行约束,并利用fuzzy控制以减小出磨提升机跟踪误差,使其收敛到有界,用bang-bang控制对称重仓总量给定和超细粉煤灰的大颗粒细粉配比。双模控制应用于联合粉磨系统,其出磨提升机电流、称重仓料位以及粉煤灰库提升机电流均平稳变化,表明了所提方法的有效性。 A strategy for controlling combined grinding systems is proposed based on fuzzy control and bang-bang control. First,main influencing factors are analyzed and key variables such as grinding hoist electric current are selected; Then the error of mill's current is constrained by the bang-bang control,and the mill's tracking error is reduced to convergent and bounded by using the fuzzy control,and the total of weighing bins and the fine powder ratio are controlled by the bang-bang control. With the dual-mode control in combined grinding systems,the grinding hoist electric current,the silo material level of weighing bin and the current hoist out from the fly ash bunker changed smoothly,which shows that the proposed method is valid and stable.
