化学强化曝气生物滤池工艺的水处理效能 被引量:2

摘要 通过静态试验对比6种混凝剂对污水的处理效果,优选出聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为沙营污水厂的最优混凝剂,并考察前置投加PAC之后,沙营污水厂曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺的处理效能。结果表明:化学强化后系统出水COD的质量浓度约为30 mg/L,去除率可达85%以上;出水氨氮的质量浓度在0.81-3.79 mg/L之间,去除率达到95%左右;出水的TP质量浓度平均值为0.79 mg/L,去除率达到75%左右。通过实验确定出:PAC的投加量X与投加前后TP质量浓度的关系为X=144.10-147.17ρ后/ρ前。 By comparing different effluent effects of six coagulants using static tests,PAC was chosen as the optimal coagulant for sewage factory. Removal performance in BAF process was investigated when PAC was dosed in front process. Results show that: final effluent COD concentration is about 30 mg / L with removal rate up to 85%; final effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration is between 0. 81 and 3. 79 mg / L,with a removal rate nearly 95%; Effluent TP concentration is 0. 79 mg / L,with its removal rate up to 75%; Relational expression between PAC dosing( X) and TP concentration is X = 144. 10- 147. 17·( ρlatter/ ρformer).
