摘要 针对齿轮啮合效率模型精度低、啮合效率影响机理有待深入研究的问题,系统地综述齿轮啮合效率的理论研究进展。从建立齿轮啮合效率模型的主要要素入手,着重阐述齿面法向载荷、齿面相对滑动/滚动速度、齿面滑动摩擦因数、齿轮啮合效率建模以及齿轮设计参数等要素对啮合效率影响机理的国内外研究现状,提出以啮合效率精确建模为基础,探索啮合效率影响机理,进而实现高啮合效率齿轮设计的思想。 In view of the problems currently existing in the theoretical research of gear meshing efficiency,including low precision of modeling of gear meshing efficiency and mechanisms influencing meshing efficiency,the theoretical research progress of gear meshing efficiency is systematically analyzed. Starting from the key factors of modeling of gear meshing efficiency,we emphatically expatiate the research status of the influences of tooth surface normal force,relative sliding / rolling velocity,sliding friction coefficient,modeling and design parameters on the gear meshing efficiency at home and abroad. It is proposed that high meshing efficiency gears should be designed on the basis of accurate modeling.
