Workers' Participation into Modern Governance System

工人有效的经济、社会、政治参与是工人争取和维护其利益的基本途径,是一个国家现代治理体系中的重要组成部分,也是国家和社会稳定的基础。我们通过对工人的基本概况、工人的参与现状、工人的权益保障和对工人参与的总体评价等五个部分的调查,较有代表性地揭示了现阶段我国工人的参与现状。

Workers＇ effective economic,social and political participation is the basic path of fighting for and protecting their rights and interests. It is not only an important part of national modern governance system,but also the basis of national and social stability. Through the investigation in five dimensions of workers general situation,participation,labor rights protection and overall evaluation about workers＇ participation,this paper reveals the current situation of workers＇ participation in China at the present stage.
