摘要
神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma，NB）是起源于交感神经系统的胚胎性恶性肿瘤，是5岁以下儿童最常见的颅外实体肿瘤，占小儿恶性肿瘤的8％～10％。NB的生物学行为具有多样性及高度恶性，但也是人类最常见的可白发缓解的恶性肿瘤之一；在15岁以下儿童的恶性肿瘤中，NB的发病率为8％，但却占儿童恶性肿瘤死亡率的15％。
