21例终末期肾病患者骨髓活检分析

Analysis about pathology of bone marrow for 21 cases with end-stage renal disease

目的 探讨终末期肾病患者骨髓象表现.方法 选取21例终末期肾病患者进行骨髓活检和分析,并与21例缺铁性贫血患者进行比较.结果 终末期肾病患者骨髓象变化较大,尤以红细胞及粒细胞系统,均增生活跃,且红细胞系统变化大于粒细胞系统.多数终末期肾病患者存在不同程度的缺铁.结论 终末期肾病患者骨髓细胞是非健康的,存在不同程度的改变.对终末期肾病患者行骨髓活检可明确骨髓象的变化,对临床的诊断及治疗有重要意义.

Objectives To study the pathology change of bone marrow of patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods 21 end-stage renal disease patients with bone marrow biopsy and analyzed were compared with 21 patients of iron deficiency anemia.Results The bone marrow in patients with end-stage renal disease has larger changes,especially in red blood cell and granulocyte systems,both of which have significant hyperplasia.And changes in red blood cell system is greater than in granulocyte system.Most of end-stage renal disease patients have iron deficiency in varying degrees.Conclusions The bone marrow in patients with end-stage renal disease is not healthy and has changed in varying degrees.The bone marrow biopsy of end-stage renal disease patients can confirm the changes,which has clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment.
