B超引导下全尿路会师贯通技术对肾盏憩室结石疗效观察

Efficacy of rendezvous entire urinary tract through for calk overparticular calculi under ultrasonic guidance

目的 观察B超引导下全尿路会师贯通技术在肾盏憩室结石治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取本院2012年1月-2013年12月间100例肾盏憩室结石患者为研究对象,将其按照不同穿刺引导方法分为研究组与对照组,研究组采取B超引导下全尿路会师贯通技术穿刺,对照组采取常规的B超引导下穿刺,观察两组的临床治疗效果.结果 研究组患者穿刺时间为（6.5±1.2）min,对照组患者穿刺时间为（10.5±2.1）min,研究组患者穿刺时间明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组患者一次穿刺成功率与术后并发症发生率分别为94.0％、4.0％;对照组患者一次穿刺成功率与术后并发症发生率分别为76.0％、16.0％;研究组患者一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,而术后并发症发生率明显的低于对照组,数据的比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 临床中应用B超引导下全尿路会师贯通技术能更好地为手术建立通道,并提高肾盏憩室结石治疗效果,降低并发症,值得临床中应用.

Objectives To observe the efficacy of rendezvous entire urinary tract through for calk overparticular calculi under ultrasonic guidance.Methods From January 2012 to December 2013,a total of 100 overparticular calculi calk patients were divided into study and control groups according to the different boot methods.The study group underwent rendezvous entire urinary tract through puncture under ultrasonic guidance while the control group had conventional puncture under ultrasonic guidance.And the clinical efficacies were compared.Results The puncture time was（6.5 ± 1.2） min in study group versus（10.5 ±2.1） min in control group.And the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.The success rates of puncture were 94.0% versus 76.0% and the postoperative complication rates 4.0% and 16.0% respectively.And the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The technique of B-guided rendezvous entire urinary tract through under ultrasonic guidance is efficacious for calk overparticular calculi with a lower incidence of postoperative complications.,worthy of clinical application.
