单切口经阴道可调节AjustTM吊带治疗女性压力性尿失禁16例临床分析

A single incision adjustable sling-the AjustTM system for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence：clinical analysis of 16 cases

目的 评估AjustTM吊带系统手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的安全性和疗效.方法 2013年4月-2013年11月共收集SUI患者16例,应用单切口可调节AjustTM吊带系统进行治疗,记录并分析所有患者的临床资料,包括治愈率、满意度和手术并发症等.结果 16例手术均获得成功,手术时间为9- 17min,失血量10 -35mL,平均18±4.5mL.膀胱等盆腔脏器及尿道无损伤,围手术期无会阴血肿的发生,无切口感染发生.16例尿失禁均消失,随访半年无复发.结论 单切口A justTM吊带治疗SUI创伤小,并发症少,疗效良好.

Objectives To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the AjustTM system for the treatment of femalestress urinary incontinence（SUI）.Methods From Apr 2013 to Nov 2013,16 cases of female patients with stress urinary incontinence in our hospital were enrolled in the study.All patients with primary urodynamic SUI were prospectively selected to receive the adjustable single incision AjustTM procedure,the clinical data was recorded and analyzed,inchided objective and subjective cure rate and operative complications.Results All 16 patients successfully completed the operation,operation success rate was 100%.The operative duration was 10-35 minx,the blood loss ranged from 10-35 ml.During the operation,there no bladder or urethral injury,no intestinal or vaginal injury,no perineum haematoma or incision infection,no voiding dysfunction or denovo urgency appeared.All of the 16 cases SUI were cured.With a follow-up from 6 months,no one recurrence.Conclusions The adjustable single incision AjustTM system was a minimally invasive technique for the treatment of female SUI and with fewer complications,the efficacy of AjustTM was good in a short term follow-up.
